Zenit San Sebastian Hotel

The private parking was on-site, FRIENDLY service. I was upgraded to new-fashioned and practical twin room with teabags. The offered breakfast was tasty and marvellous for the boiled eggs.

This hotel was comfy in every respect, had courteous staff with an excellent manner of all the staff. Its location just a short walk away from a Revival cathedral was great and easy.

Nice design of interiors in guest room. Nice building, spacious bedroom.

would want to stay there again

Loved the modern decor and spacious room! Clean and bright with a comfy bed. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and a good buffet selection. Also enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub on the rooftop with great city views. Location was about a 30-minute walk to the center. Parking costs 18 euro per day.

The location in a downtown area was great and easy and there where a local bakery and a bakery nearby. Our breakfasts were tasty and amazing for the boiled eggs.

We didn't like the bed, it was not firm enough.

The spacious rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere, flooded with natural light that enhances the modern decor. The rooftop terrace, with a two-seater jacuzzi, is a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with decent views and a peaceful vibe....  

I loved the modern decor and natural light in the Zenit San Sebastian. The spacious lobby, and I appreciated how accessible it was. The clean, serene ambiance contributed to a relaxing stay.

Closer location to city center would be helpful.

great service but needs better room maintenance

The reception staff impressed me with their great and helpful attitude . The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety and quality, made each morning nice.

The room could use some maintenance as I noticed a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and the location was decent, about a 25-minute walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious, but the absence of complimentary water and issues with parking were disappointing. It was a comfortable stay, though not without its frustrations.

The staff made check-in quick and ensured our rooms were close together, appreciated. Just ask about parking options when you arrive to avoid any confusion.

Family with children seek comfort

Had a great experience staying here for a night the room was clean and huge with a big comfortable bed and a shower that was like a spa just what you need after a long drive not to mention...  

We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting Mount Urgull for its lovely trails and views of the ocean. The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for our family, and the staff went out of their...  

Great room with a lovely bathroom, but the bar service was slow.

We stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 3 nights and loved the huge rainfall shower. The gym may be small, but it has what you need to break a sweat, and we really enjoyed the peaceful location right by the river. The decor was modern...  

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The rooftop terrace features a relaxing jacuzzi. Pro tip, inquire about breakfast options early, as vegetarian choices were limited. A pleasant experience with room for improvement.
